inconsistent stay overall
slow elevator peeling wallpaper
the staff were friendly and helpful when i checked in but that was the only positive experience.
the elevators were old and slow i found myself waiting a long time. the room felt dated with scratched floors and peeling wallpaper it certainly did not feel like a five-star hotel. i was also disappointed by the limited choice and standard of food offered at the buffet the bread was often not refilled.

the reception staff (especially ahmed) was polite and helpful. requests for extra water were handled quickly. i also liked the convenient location near key attractions.

modern equipment convenient location
The fitness center was excellent. It featured modern equipment. The room offered beautiful city views. I could watch the city come alive each morning. The amenities were well kept and easily accessible. I especially liked the convenient location of the coffee maker. The staff were always willing to help. Their attention to detail enhanced my stay!
The elevators seemed a bit slow sometimes, which caused short delays.

Lovely Stay, I am thrilled!
wide variety fresh vegetable cozy environment excellent service
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety. I could find a lot of fresh vegetables plus many fruits. The hotel was super clean with a cozy environment. The staff are attentive. Ahmed from reception gave excellent service.
The pool was super crowded. I was unable to find sunbathing beds. It was necessary to wait for someone to leave.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
great service freshly prepared dishes good variety
The staff offered great service, especially at the front desk. The live grill station at Flavours Restaurant provided freshly prepared dishes. I found the traditional Arabic desserts offered a good variety.
I noticed the pool area was often very crowded. It required waiting for someone to leave, a bit inconvenient during peak times. I think more loungers would improve this

delicious options helpful team convenient access
The breakfast offered many delicious options. The team at the front desk was very helpful. The beach access was convenient. I especially enjoyed the club lounge option .
The hotel should consider allergy information included on tags next to each of the dishes for the convenience of the customers.
